- Remove the Pen Cai packaging
- Defrost the Pen Cai completely and set the Arctic Surf Clam aside
- Reheat the Pen Cai on the stove till soup boils for 3 to 5 mins
- Place the Arctic Surf Clam back into the soup
- Ready to serve
